Michael J. Gingles: Professional with corporate and entrepreneurial experience in the mining industry gained over 30 years working in Australia, United Kingdom, Chile, and the USA. Held executive and management positions during an 11 year career with Placer Dome Americas (1995-2006), including EVP Corporate and Business Development. Credited with leading corporate transactions that resulted in the development of over 30 million ounces of gold reserves (Pueblo Viejo, Turquoise Ridge). Co-Founded and listed Fortune Valley Resources (FVX-V) through an IPO on the Toronto Venture Exchange before successfully executing an exit strategy through a merger (2006-2010). Currently advisor to national and international firms on mining, energy, water, infrastructure development and EPC services. Recognized as a Qualified Professional (QP) member of the Metallurgical & Mining Society of America (MMSA) with special expertise in Mineral Valuation, Finance. Holds a BSc. in Geology from King’s College, a MSc. from the Royal School of Mines and an MBA from Imperial College Business School in London.
Dr. Andrew Harley: Scientist and industry specialist with 30 years in environmental planning and management, supporting resource clients in upfront feasibility and permitting, operational compliance, and closure and reclamation. Recent mining work has included: Geochemical evaluation and waste rock characterizations; supporting permit and license applications for proposed mining, ore processing and smelting operations, supporting mining companies with water quality issues, including overburden characterization and land application of treated water; mine closure and reclamation . Experienced in soil science and agricultural amendments, including remineralization and the impact of microbial activities in releasing nutrients for increased organic production, and evaluating new amendments and fertilizer to enhance reclamation in drastically disturbed soils associated with resource extraction. Holds BSc (Hons) in Physical Geography/Geology – Soils, Geomorphology, Hydrology and Groundwater Concentration from the University of New South Wales, and a PhD – Soil Science and Plant Nutrition – Geochemistry and Soil Mineralogy Concentration from the University of Western Australia.
Don Miller: Specialist in strategic management planning, human resources, reorganizations, operations, project development, and international M&A’s gained over 30 years working in the USA, Canada, and Central & South America. Held executive and senior positions with Newmont, Cyprus, Atlantic Richfield, and Anaconda Mining. Holds an MBA from the Univ. of Phoenix, a BSc. in Business from the Univ. of Arizona, and is a graduate of the Executive Management Program at Penn State.

Francis R. McAllister: Former mining executive with extensive corporate and industry experience gained serving with several major mining companies. Retired from Stillwater Mining Company in 2013 after serving as Chairman and Chief Executive Office for 13 years (2001-2013). Held senior executive, professional and management positions during a 34 years career with ASARCO (1966-1999), including Chairman, President, Chief Executive Officer, CFO and COO. Represented Stillwater on the Board of the National Mining Association (NMA) and served as Chairman (2012-2013). Currently serves on the Board and as Vice Chairman of the Mining Hall of Fame and Museum, and serves on the Foundation Board of the Society for Mining, Metallurgy and Exploration (SME). Lifetime, active role in the Boy Scouts of America (BSA), including serving on the National Board since 2000. Currently pursuing advocacy role in the remediation of hard rock abandoned mine lands in western U.S. Holds an MBA from New York University, a BSc. in Accounting from the University of Utah and attended the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
Michael G. Nelson: Professional with 40 years academic and private sector experience in the mining sector. Currently Chair of the Department of Mining Engineering, and Professor of Mining Engineering at the University of Utah, where he has held various academic posts since 1999. Previously, Professor at the University of Alaska Fairbanks (1985-1995). Held executive, partnership and management positions in a number of exploration and mining companies throughout his career. Extensive research work in the fields of mine engineering and processing, including study in the field of treatment of mine waste water. Holds a Ph.D in Mineral Engineering from the University of West Virginia, and an M.S.in Instrumention Physics from the University of Utah, and a B.S. in Metallurgical Engineering, also from the University of Utah.
